Since 1999, Beaver County has partnered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to offer behavioral health services to eligible residents. Through a collaboration with Carelon, we aim to enhance accessibility, continuity, and quality of care while managing costs. Our program emphasizes coordinated services, recognizing the importance of integrating mental health and addiction treatment. We continually enhance our coordination with other systems to better support individuals and families in Beaver County.

BCBH also offers community outreach and education.

We have several free trainings available for community members, schools, law enforcement, and providers.

Some of the trainings we offer are Mental Health First Aid, Youth Mental Health First Aid, QPR (Question, Persuade, and Refer) and Narcan Training.
