UPMC Beaver County Crisis UPMC Western Behavioral Health Beaver Crisis Services provides rapid response and behavioral health crisis intervention to individual(s) in or affected by a crisis. Crisis services are provided through our 24/7 Crisis Phone Center hotline, our walk-in center, and through our mobile response teams. Pressley Ridge Mobile Crisis is a short-term service that will respond by phone within 1 hour and attempt face-to-face contact within 24 hours to assess, stabilize, and link families to available supports and services with side-by-side support. Families can utilize the service without needing an established diagnosis or previous involvement with the behavioral health system, which are common barriers to access for many families. The ultimate goals of the Mobile Crisis team are to connect the youth and families to community-based resources and to reduce the number of youths being placed outside of the home, arrested, or hospitalized due to a mental health crisis. If the individual is in immediate danger to themselves or others, please dial 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency room. Immediate-need referrals can be made 24 hours a day |
